Working With NOISM: Step by Step

Step 1 — Consultation.

We assess your natural hair in full: condition, structure, colour gradient, density, and health. We discuss your goals, your lifestyle, and your maintenance capacity honestly. We do not proceed if the current state of your hair is not compatible with this installation. We may also decline if a client's care habits are unlikely to sustain the results.

Step 2 — Sourcing.

Based on the consultation, we begin sourcing hair matched to your specific profile. Colour is matched by gradient, undertone, and behaviour in light — not by chart number. Timelines vary by category. Rare textures and colour profiles may require an extended search.

Step 3 — Production.

Once the hair is confirmed, production begins. Hand-tying a full set takes 25–50 hours. Production averages 6–8 weeks from payment to completion. This is in-house artisan work — not outsourced, not a factory, not expedited.

Step 4 — Payment.

Full payment is due at order confirmation. Production begins upon receipt. All orders are final — no returns or exchanges, because every set is produced specifically for you.

Step 5 — Shipping.

Your set ships insured via DHL Express from Europe. Delivery to the United States typically takes 5–7 business days from dispatch. Import duties are the recipient's responsibility.

Step 6 — Installation and Handover.

Your stylist handles installation. You leave with the wefts correctly placed and a full understanding of your individual care routine.
