No racism. No sexism. No bullshit. These are not brand values chosen for positioning — they describe a working environment and a standard of practice. Every person who enters this space, regardless of their hair texture, skin tone, background, or starting point, finds a place here. The work begins with what is actually there: reading it, understanding it, and building from it honestly.
We have spent over fifteen years working with hair across all textures, across multiple countries and markets. In that time we have sourced hair, made mistakes in sourcing it, learned from those mistakes, and built a network and a production methodology we stand behind completely.
Our Braided Base method and our hand-tied weft production are the accumulated result of that experience — a technical system designed to extend and preserve natural hair, not compromise it. It is the same method we teach to the stylists we train, and it is the standard we hold every piece of our own work to.
We do not sell hair off a shelf. We do not offer what we cannot deliver. And we do not proceed with clients whose hair or circumstances are not set up for success. That may make us a narrower choice. It also means that when we take something on, we stand behind it fully.
